March 12, 2003 - 5:31 p.m. I could get to like Spring, especially if it continues in this kind of weather. I want to go outside and dance in an open field, with a crown of roses on my head. I'd sit in tall stacks of weeds as flower petals blow past. Sounds quite picturesque, doesn't it? Maybe a little bit too good to be true. There's no fields nearby, and it's to early for flowers or leaves. But one scene that always gets me: driving at night. With technicolor lights againts the cold steel of buildings. It reminds me of when I spent the night at Ashley's in eight grade. And we sat on the hill and looked down at the city below. And it wasn't even really the city, just a normal suburb. But with a little kitten in my arms and all of my newfound friends around me, even the lights on the Mc Donalds arch looked beautiful that night. The cars were buzzing with their front and rear lights blinking, changing from red to white. I squinted my eyes and thought, "I wonder if this is what seeing that stars up close is like."
